Hot glue gun flip flops together in a circle/other shape. (I got mine from the 1.00 spot at Target!)
Then add whatever "bling" you want to your flops. I got a bunch of gerber daisies at Michaels on sale CHEAP , and used them on each flop. Now, glue gun a ribbon, tulle, or wrap wire around your wreath...its ready to hang!! Voila! Happy Summer!
